The door opens every Friday evening and on Thanksgiving. And the people come.

The Open Door has provided a hot meal and a sympathetic ear to disabled, homeless, or otherwise disadvantaged citizens and families since 1987. The food is free to all, and no questions are asked. We also provide free clothing, bedding, and other items as needed.
